Consultations are $25. If you book, your $25 will be credited to your services.
The term Quote means that the price quoted may fluctuate lower or higher based on services done. We generally can not give an exact price for major color / chemical work until we are actually doing the service.
Strict Cancellation Policy:
- 24 hour noticed is required on any cancellation
- any cancellation under 24 hours or a no call no show will result in pre-pay of service in order to book an appointment with the salon.
Pre-Pay is non refundable in the event you cancel or no call no show.
A non-refundable despoit is required on any new client with service exceeding $125.00 and / or 2 hour sitting
Children are not permitted in salon unless services are being rendered. If you have to bring your children, they must wait quietly in our lobby.
There are no refunds on any product bought at the salon.

Cancellation Policy Update:
Due to an increased number of no shows, we must enforce our Cancellation Policy to protect our stylists. They work on commission only so their time is their only money. Please respect our time and provide 24 hours or more notice if you need to cancel an appointment. Thanks for your understanding.
Credit Policy Update:
In lieu of raising our prices in 2020 we are now passing along a surcharge on all credit cards, except for check /debit cards.This will occur sometime in October / November. Naturally, we accept cash / checks if this is an issue for you. The convenience fee is standard @ approx 4%
